Global Pandemic events that change our world recently shows that the concept of VUCA, which was first raised in 1987 in US military academy (after the end of the cold war era between Soviet Union and USA) is still happening and relevant in today’s world.
VUCA (volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) in multi sector in the world is adding more complexity and challenge for business leaders around the world.
Can we view VUCA as catalyst for us to keep growing and evolving into better leaders/organization?
Agility is the key. Especially in learning new skill continuously to deal with VUCA. Therefore, we need to operate in knowledge-sharing culture, where trust in communication and collaboration between the team is crucial.
